Starting as a model at a young age, Andrea gained valuable experience over 11 years in top fashion cities like New York City, Paris, London, and Milan. Later, she pursued her passion for photography and became a respected artist. Her photography was showcased in a highly acclaimed solo exhibition in Reykjavik in 1996. This experience inspired Andrea to explore local casting in Iceland, leading her to establish her own modeling and casting agency.

After a quarter of a century, Eyagency has emerged as Iceland's leading casting agency, catering to both local and international production companies. Renowned for its impeccable reputation, Eyagency continues to excel in the industry.

Tinna Adalbjornsdottir is a seasoned professional in the fashion and casting industry. Her journey began at 16 when she entered the fashion industry. She further sharpened her skills by studying Exhibition Design at the College of Industry, graduating in 2004. Following graduation, she swiftly immersed herself in the industry, working as a stylist for TV and fashion shows and as a costume designer for film and TV sets.

In 2005, Tinna began her freelance career with Eskimo Iceland, supervising the model department while venturing into the casting world. She was a key producer for Eskimo, overseeing large-scale productions for model agencies like Ford and Next from 2005 to 2008. Tinna excelled as a freelance costume designer alongside her casting work for several years.

In 2012, Tinna's dedication and expertise led her to become a full-time employee at Eskimo, expanding her casting experience in film, TV, and commercials. Demonstrating her versatility, she delved into casting for major Hollywood films, a role she has excelled ever since. She was responsible for overseeing extras on set, coordinating their involvement seamlessly.

2022 marked a significant milestone in Tinna's career, as she became a partner in Eyagency. Together with Andrea, the founder of Eyagency, Tinna now spearheads casting efforts for both TV and feature films, leveraging their combined expertise to deliver exceptional results.

Eva Lena has been instrumental in the Eyagency Casting Agency since joining in May 2021. She is a skilled multitasker, seamlessly taking on various roles within the agency. As the social media and publicity manager, Eva Lena excels in casting models for films and commercials, discovering new talent, and managing bookkeeping tasks. Despite being primarily based in Denmark, she effortlessly works remotely and travels to Iceland for projects when necessary.

In addition to her managerial expertise, Eva Lena is a talented and imaginative fashion designer. With a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from the Scandinavian Academy of Fashion Design, she has honed her creative thinking, mastering the art of tailoring, pattern making, and drawing. Her meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills make her a valuable asset to our team. Eva Lena showcases independence, effective interpersonal communication, and a strong work ethic.
